Rates for individual therapy services
First Meeting

Once we've determined we're a good fit for counseling, we will meet for our first appointment. In this first session, I'll be asking questions about your background, history, current supports, identity, culture, and goals to create a treatment plan.
Ongoing Sessions
$160*

Routine 50-minute therapy sessions occur regularly (i.e., weekly or every other week) and are structured based on your preferences and needs to meet your goals for therapy.
Other Services
$160 - $200
—
Extended sessions may be requested for deeper processing and EMDR, and will be prorated based on our agreed upon hourly rate.
