    Dry/ish
    January

"Dry January" is a popular month-long challenge to abstain from alcohol. Whether you're detoxing from the holidays, test-driving a sober resolution, or just practicing restraint with your drinking, January is a great time to join forces with others hoping to do the same.

The Dry/ish January Support Group is a 6-week small-group workshop that offers a space to set intentions, build skills, process challenges, and integrate growth. No perfection required. Come as you are—with a sober streak, or simply doing your best.
